For this financial services client, I created both front-end User Interface (UI) designs for their financial analysis applications in collaboration with the CEO and Technology Department leadership, designed an overall strategy for company-wide documentation management, and wrrote a number of guides and quick references for their external client base who required risk & fraud management solutions in the business transaction reporting & predictive profitability analysis space.
These images are of chapter page header graphics which I created as a part of writing these guides. In addition to writing instructional training guides for internal staff, I also wrote a cross-linked Acronym Guide and Corporate Glossary, and Business Process and PCI Compliance documentation including a Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, Pandemic Recovery Plan, Data Classifications, Access Controls & Versioning, Third Party Application & Infrastructure Security, Change Management, Product & Software Development Life Cycle Guides.
