This design contract involved creating a site "from the groundfloor" so to speak, to rent vacant office space within this suburban Washington complex, which offered both pre-built interiors and raw frameworks for later construction. The building owner wished to highlight the curb appeal of the surrounding area, the amenities of the building and access to major roadways within the region, and the appeal of the entry way, along with giving potential clients a feeling of the space. In light of this, 360-degree views were created that visitors to the site could scroll through to see the office interiors firsthand prior to renting. All office space within the complex was successfully leased to clients following this marketing campaign.
